Annual Dues

Our 2025 annual dues are $200 per household.

These funds are used to pay for the additional security cameras, the planting, watering, lighting, and any repairs at both entrances, the painting of the walls at both entrances, the association accountant, website hosting, a direct cellphone to the patrolling officer and two annual events where residents can enjoy meeting each other.
