Annual Dues

Our 2024 Annual are $200 per household.

These funds are used to pay additional security cameras, the planting, watering, lighting, and repair of the entrances, the painting of the walls, the association accountant, website hosting, a direct cellphone to the patrolling officer and an annual event where residents can enjoy meeting each other.
